Cons

Management has no idea how to run a technology organization. More interested in irrelevant metrics than what actually gets done and the quality of the work. Have been at meetings where teams have been yelled at because their metrics charts didn't look good even though they got all the work done on time. Benefits, pay, etc. are subpar compared to market.

Westwego OTB has bad management. Some fellow co workers like to take money out your draw. Anything you're short....you pay!! Hardly any tips and many needy drunks.
