Pros

There is a great team of people that work here. Derby is an exciting (and exhausting) time of year.

Cons

The company does not promote from within. I don't feel they truly value their employees. It's a great place to work for a couple of years but don't plan on climbing the corporate ladder here. Management is out of touch. Working every weekend for 4+ months a year is tough on home life. Derby is exhausting and you'll work so much you don't even have time to enjoy it.

Pros

The only pro is to be involved with the Kentucky Derby, though you are not able to enjoy the moment as you are so overworked by that point.

Cons

Unfortunately management is inconsistent and there are no mentors to learn any skills from and the office is full of negative employee morale. Many inconsistencies with management of employees.
