Pros
Working at Ciber was a great way to get my foot in the door to the industry as a new designer. I got to work for the largest entertainment company in Florida, and it looks great on my resume. They had really decent benefits for being a third-party contracting company, and the salary was very fair for my first role as a designer. I know as time goes on, you can actually make more working for Ciber at the company I worked at than as that company's full-time employee.
Cons
They're a bit disorganized, and being a contracter/"consultant" can be a bit annoying. You do get left out of some stuff at the actual company you're consulting at. Also, we were the first people to get let go during the pandemic.
