Business Outlook
Pros
Good people in the rank and file and clients generally seem to be of the right size. Work was satisfying when assigned.
Cons
Executives that have been in place since the original founders were displaced (three CEO s ago now) have been horrible and are not qualified to run a consulting organization. Bonuses were very good under different leadership, as was sales and profit. All of the really smart and talented people have left over the past 4 years, they all wanted off of the sinking ship.
