Pros
Our local office was excellent and tried to maintain good communication and mutual respect with consultants. When our office was acquired, our management was very good, we maintained a bench and could retain and personally endorse our consultants.
Cons
No increases for years. Very poor communication. No trust -- upper management would make decisions to the detriment of consultants and attempt to spin it to make it seem attractive to us. No job security / no "bench" Annual reviews were worthless.
