-Very Nice People -Good Work-Life Balance -Comfortable offices with great views -Relaxed Business Casual attire

Cons

-Not very well directed (you don't always know what you're supposed to doing) -Internship program is not very structured -No sense of collaboration... I was thrown into the midst of everything without many resources

Experience added to my market value for new opportunities

Cons

Ciber focus on one major account in Orlando limited my ability to move to a new project when my project ended and Ciber only supports 2 weeks of bench time after which I was terminated. Very disappointing that I could not stay with the company in some capacity until new projects came along.
