Pros
Solid effort on the part of leadership to move Ciber toward solvency and predictable performance. More discipline has been added over the last year to manage performance. Holds staff accountable to hit goals and deliver.
Cons
Management style if very old school - motivational speeches are based on damnation and threats. Senior leaders are generally invisible to the staff outside of Denver. If you don't work in Denver you don't exist except when the numbers roll up - if you don't hit your number you're gone.
