Pros

If you are a woman who likes to take the 'low' road and sleep to the top. Then this is the company for you. Hell if you are a man, this probably will work for you as well. IF you have no experience and want to get in the door then this is the place for you.

Cons

YOu will not be paid more than what you negotiate initially, if you don't sleep with management than you will never get promoted. In fact you may get fired if you don't keep your mouth shut.

Decent company for the clients it serves. I'll recommend to anyone who would like to be in the consulting job.

Cons

Was not great at handling Immigration issues. Many of my coworkers were unhappy.
