work from home flexible timings some good clients

Cons

limited projects sometimes developers need to work on testing part some of the managers are not eligible partiality based on region in some of the projects people who are nice to the managers even if they do not perform well will get good hike than people who work hard and perform well

Employees can have a good time, good work and life balance, Lot of opportunity for growth and company encourages to take various courses and improve resource quality.

Cons

Difficult to get assistance in tax matters., relevant department is not supportive. Sys Admin department forces to have selected tools on laptop while installing Linux not supported.
