      1) Employee Friendly. 2) Can reach any HR/Heads directly. 3) Fun at Work. 4) You will love to work in this, if you are ready to accept challenges. 5) Pay wise , They are very good. 6) Trainings on new trends with in the domain.

      1) Less onsite oppurtunities, Mostly it is for short duration.
