      work schedule flexibility and changing requirements

      Having to travel to clients and being away from home and the constant restructuring the company was going through at the time

      Good benefits while they lasted. Good laptop.

      Cons

      Abrupt, thankless termination. They short-changed me and literally all of my CIBER colleagues. Beware - Do not trust in good faith - I thought it was a great role and great contract. I still can't believe what they did to minimize payment owed at the end of the contract. I know this is an anonymous review but beware - this will come around to bite you with this company in particular!

      They have a lot to learn about managing full time employees

      Pros

      You are basically left to work on your own with little supervision negotiate the best starting pay possible, they will probably pay it but do not expect a raise

      Cons

      They make promises they don't keep. Management does not give feedback to employees for corrective behavior. Very reactionary culture, sometimes borders on chaos.
