      Ciber India, Cost cutting company, once a good place to work now worst company to work

      nil, once upon a time it has lots of pros but now its nil

      Cons

      Cost cutting in all angles No flexible timings now, needs lots of mail approvals. introduced FBP payout once in 6 months Lack of projects Once you are out of projects u are thrown out Poor management of HRs Always quote high billing due to which they loose projects Very poor % upraisals Always delayed in providing upraisals Unusable jim equipments cheapest biscuits supplied tiger biscuits, they are still looking for cheaper or cheapest ones in the world that they can supply and boost that they are giving biscuits. Some of the senior managers really a waste of money and they are fit for browsing only facebook eg. Manis Sarma. Employees are thrown out when they dont want and they call back the same people if they get a project giving reasons. Looks like a consultancy, they have more number of HR's and Recruitment team

      Flexible timings, Not too much of work pressure

      Cons

      No great projects. No proper trainings conducted. No recreation or the employees. Be prepared to work in client places within India. Too much of cost cutting. If no project, your time starts ticking, be prepared for anything.
