      Stay away! Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      - Even the compensation and benefits were poor, it allowed me to pay the bills while looking for another job.

      Cons

      - Compensation and benefits, compared to other companies, was terrible. - Little or no contact with the Detroit office. Account managers were terrible in responding to questions in a timely manner. - Management was more focused on building relationships with their clients and cared less about the employees working for the clients.

      Pros

      Attractive office. Some teams have the ability to work from home on occasion.

      Cons

      * Low compensation. Senor leadership demands > 30% margin at the expense of the employees. * No rewards or recognition for top performers. * No career path. * Special bare-bones benefits package created just for this account. * Cubicles are small, and noise is a problem. Hard to talk on the phone and concentrate.

      Co-workers - great consulting staff Work/Life Balance - able to take time as needed

      Cons

      It's obvious that the new "culture" at CIBER is a lot less geared towards employee retention and growth than it is improving CIBER's bottom line. Really sad to see a great company to work for turn into a revolving door staffing company.
