I am able to balance my Personal and Professional life pretty decent. Its been more than 5 yrs that i am with Ciber. I have learned a lot. I have my own identification. And recognisition is there for every talent & effort here!

Cons

Some times work pressure , project dealines... is common for anyone. But trust me its once among the rare companies that pressures the employees for result.
