Pros

Transparency. Management keeps you in the loop on things that affect you. Also, they are very responsive to their employee's complaints and improvement suggestions. Benefits are good, not great...but I don't think anyone's benefits are great anymore. Very professional and efficient company.

Cons

As a consulting company it's easy to get stuck on an assignment for long periods of time. Of course, in this economy that can be favorably viewed as job stability.
