Good compensation, independence to work on your own if you want that, traveling, good implementation projects

Poor management, no connection with the employees, no meritocracy

CIBER had tremendous potential under dismissed leadership.

Pros

CIBER had decent benefits and competitive pay. Past leadership under Mac was transparent and you knew where you stood operationally, culturally and careerwise. They have some depth around IT testing but lack depth anywhere else.

Cons

New leadership tried to transform operations too quickly. Lost focus and continued "mile-wide" solutions with no depth (1-2 people total for a MS practice they brag about?). I wouldn't recommend this company. There are plenty of other firms in their space with much brighter outlooks for a career.
