Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible hours and fair benefits (outside of pay). Management does not micro-managed but is available to assist if needed. Internal training sessions and online courses available.
Cons
Leadership is a bit clique'ish. Pays on the low end for BAs, but requires 45 hours work/week. They claim the 45 hours is not their requirement, but required by the contract (that they negotiated and signed), so I guess they consider their employees predominantly stupid as well. Two annual merit-pay cycles with no pay increases company-wide. Can you imagine they would write a multi-year contract with the client that does not include an annual increase for the company? Yet they don't share it. Goes back to first comment.
