Cons

No Loyalty. You don't necessarily work @ ciber. If you are a remote support tech you are not treated as well as a in house ciber professional

Flexible, benefits are offered, lots of access to training.

Cons

Treat employees poorly. HR is supposed to represent us, but they don't. $$ is the bottome line.
