Ciber has always been mostly Virtual and gearing more in the direction offering many folks work from home options. Over the course of pandemic they everything they could to try and keep as many folks as possible. Being mostly remote there is a layer of flexibility when needed as long as you are performing and meeting your goals. Goals are not outrageous and are very attainable and come with solid benefits and pay/commission structure. Leadership is open to feedback and has open door policy, can be challenging to reach but open to feedback.

Cons

Being remote, outside of a few video calls it can be challenging to establish great peer relationships.
