      Pros

      It would be the direct coworkers, but turnover has been so bad I can't even say that anymore.

      Cons

      Boustridge and his cronies have ruined, robbed, and bankrupted the company. Employees have gone without salary increases and bonuses as senior management filled their pockets. Boustridge isn't qualified to run a lemonade stand let alone any corporation.

      Long term assignments, good clients - depending on locations, good pay rates and benefits.

      Cons

      Typical consulting (staffing) company with no bench period - they will not mention this when you're hired, so don't think that they'll keep you if your project ends. There is lack of coordination between managers and employees, if there are issues at client site company does not care about employees at all. Managers pretend to be caring but are never aware of anything, company lacks good managers,
