      Pros

      Employee will be lured with joining bonus and good salary. Free meals and cab. Most of the people tend to leave the company in a year or two.

      Cons

      Legacy product with legacy technology. Ciena India centre's work culture is very poor. Senior employees tend to play politics and favour biasing. Architects are incompetent, Nepotism is prevalent here across all the teams. Even Director are indulged in such malpractices. Hire and Fire is the routine here. Variable part of the salary is distributed with the manager's consent. You need to lick manager's feet to get it.t HR team don't listen to employee's issues and only interested in hiring people for the commission.

      Flexible Timings Cabs for Pick and drop, Food Good Compensation

      Cons

      Not much of a team atmosphere that sometimes leaves you isolated. No real feedback sort of framework in place. This leaves senior management rely on word of mouth that may not always be an honest one. No growth in terms of technology unless you are lucky to assigned to a couple of niche projects
