Pros

None. It's not a friendly environment. Co workers are nice but that's it.

Cons

In the sales department they have been cheating reps out of commission and blatantly lying about it. False allegations. Lying to consumers to get sales etc

Its a good work environment. They do a lot of contests and activities to keep the employees energetic and positive.

Cons

They expect a lot and they have turned into a call center environment with call goals. It becomes quantity over quality with them.
