Pros

Company is primed for huge growth again, new partnerships with major companies means the next few years will be very rewarding New leadership which is breathing energy into the management staff, clearing out some of the dead wood to get folks that are excited about whats to come

Cons

Right now the company is in change mode which can be unsettling to some Large IT project is an albatross to the organization, folks have lost faith that it will be delivered

Pros

As a Software developer, the people, projects and development tools are great.

Cons

More flexible schedule. It would be nice to have functional teams and allow it's members to switch teams often so then no one person knows how to accomplish a task.
