Home Warranty Service

Pros

This company provides coverage for some Appliances or systems such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC, in the customer's house. Also this Home Warranty is properly structured internally so they can cover every position needed to enhance with the customer experience

Cons

The company could improve the communication with the customer because most of the times they are not aware about the updates in the contract or follow up in active service job, so this could lead to upset customer and a high volume of warranties cancelled every day.
