Pros

I have been working with Cinch for 4 years now, and have seen multiple remarkable decisions come through. There have been multiple occasions where leadership has done the right thing and take care of its customers, employees, and partners. Cinch does an exceptional job at digging into root issues and work towards righting the ship. the leadership communicates to its employees on a regular cadence, and host multiple skip level meetings to gauge the temperature of what's happening within. Overall, i couldn't be happier working for this company. I truly feel that the culture here makes working here inviting.

Cons

The pay band for positions can be more in line with industries standards, and training from the git go can be improved. the platforms/software we use is outdated.

I absolutely love working at Cinch Home Warranty! The company culture is incredible, and I truly believe in what we do—providing homeowners with peace of mind. The leadership team, including our CEO, is engaging, personable, and genuinely cares about employees. Everyone here motivates and supports one another, creating a positive and inspiring environment. Cinch also offers great benefits and competitive pay, but what really stands out is the culture. I’m grateful to have such a supportive team and an amazing recruiter, Cara Pitmon, who made the onboarding experience wonderful. I’m so happy to be part of Cinch and excited for all the opportunities to grow here.
