Great company culture! Friendly and welcoming people. Nice corporate office in Boca Raton, Florida. Company orders lunch for employees on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to create a nice comradery. Health care and benefits are outstanding! 3 weeks of training for Inside Sales Representative, to develop you, before you start selling.

Pros

Cinch Home Services has been around now for nearly 50 years. Our service partners say they prefer Cinch Home Services over other warranty partners because Cinch tries to find a way to make the customer happy and say "Yes", whereas, other warranty companies are trying to find the small print and say "No". This allows them to better take care of our customers which makes both parties happy. A new leadership change at the top has brought in a new vibe. The old vibe wasn't bad. This is just better. As an employee, it's nice to have positivity, a smile, and fresh ideas at the top.

Cons

Cinch, like many companies, uses several different software applications and has layered new ones on top of old ones providing a 'band-aid' type short-term enhancement/fix. This keeps the business operational, but also causes employees to have to jump back and forth between applications throughout the day. There is software that can handle what we do but our IT/development team has limited resources, apparently.
