Pros

Challenging work and opportunity to learn. Down to earth people.

Cons

Extremely demanding and stressful with little appreciation and recognition. Management works you to do bone and has no consideration for personal time. Projects and timelines are unrealistic.

Thanks for the feedback. We are constantly looking at ways to improve processes for our employees so that ultimately we can better serve our customers. We understand that working for a fast-moving, growth-driven company is not the best fit for everyone. If you feel your project and timelines are unrealistic, please don't hesitate to talk to your manager to work toward resolving this issue.

Pros

not sure of any

Cons

The bullying mentality of upper management to push people out the door just to promote their favorite is unbelievable. The management practices are unethical. Some department leaders treat individuals unfairly, bully, and more.. especially when you are not liked or they are out for your job. You are pressured to the point where you're unable to focus on your job, much less get the job done. Unattainable goals are set without the proper support from upper management. It is expected that you pickup the pieces and keep up with little to no training our support. Their are tenured employees that know their job but unable to explain what and why the do what they do. The pressure, bullying and micro managing makes it an extremely difficult environment to be productive in.

Thanks for your candid feedback. CCHS certainly does not endorse or tolerate bullying or mistreatment of any kind and we have shared your overall comments with the CCHS leadership team. As we work to develop a high performance culture and target ambitious and transformational business goals, we acknowledge this can be an adjustment across the associate population. We strive to do right by all of our associates, and we are sorry you did not have a positive experience. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

You learn what not to do

Cons

The marketing strategy is to lie to the customer, never remind the customer about the service and find any possible excuse not to cover a claim. Executives dont even know about advancement in technology. This service customer does not even has a CRM system that works. They are stuck in the 80s and none of the executives care about the customer.
