Pros

Good benefits, cheap hair dresser and hair products, they pay you when you work and give you training.

Cons

Screams and shouts are common in corridors and offices. If you have a need to go to the bathroom be prepared to disclose what you are going to do and to receive a " no you are not allowed" answer and/or with a remark in front of your coworkers. You are limited to drink only in the cup that they allow, otherwise, you cannot drink anything while working. Eating is not allowed while working. Memos are distributed that while in the bridge you are not allowed to laugh. Your workspace is shared, meaning you do not have a table that is yours, each day you will seat in one space, and some days you will not have a place to work, so you will have to wait and not get paid for it. Each shift has about 2-3 supervisors that have different orders and when they are conflicting you are the one that has to figure it out what to do. Management watches your every move with cameras throughout the facilities from their homes. Uniform regulations are strict and enforced at the management will.

Fun, Easy Job

Pros

FREE MOVIES! If you are a friendly and easygoing person, you'll usually get along with coworkers and management. It's a pretty easy job, with just fast paced cleaning and food prep when things are busy.

Cons

Things can get hectic during busy times and of course, customers can be rude. You're also working an entry level job with many young, inexperienced employees- often drama and rumor mills can get started, but thats going to be the case with most jobs like this.

Pros

It is the worlds easiest job, no matter the department, if you are a highschool student looking for some pocket change and little to no major hourly commitment, go for it.

Cons

WHERE DO I S T A R T???? How about communication? The managers famously do not speak to each other in any meaningful way (unless, of course, they are messing around in the back talking about nothing while the employees deal with literally half the town) I once had to come into work so sick that standing still made me sweat and shake simply because i 1. wasn't lucky enough to find a cover and 2. the manager i contacted decided to not actually tell anyone to get back to me. Granted i did leave early that day, though not before being asked if i could "tough it out through breaks" (easily would've been another 2-4 hours from that point). And back to the title, for anyone wondering, during the COVID-19 Pandemic we, as employees were given our last paycheck, with the hours of the 4 days following our closure. And then they laid off everyone. This is not a business that cares about you. This is not a company with your best interest at heart. If none of this matters to you then fine, fair enough, have fun with the job. But if it does bother you, take it from me, look somewhere else. Cinemark will almost certainly hire you on the spot if you apply in the right time of year. But they will NOT respect you, and you deserve better than that.
