Pros

The job itself is simple, and the work isn’t demanding.

Cons

The shoes they make you wear suck and it’s pretty mundane but easy to get over if you make friends.

Pros

- FREE MOVIES - Work with a variety of people - Great first job that develops different skills

Cons

- Experience working here depends on the tone/atmosphere the GM sets. If the GM is close-minded, rude, and short with everyone, it allows the rest of management to be short and rude with everyone. On the other hand, a friendly and encouraging GM will make this one of the best jobs ever. There is definitely more of the former, unfortunately. - Angry/upset movie theatre customers are easily one of the worst you'll ever encounter - You simply do not get paid enough to deal with the stuff you encounter on a daily basis.
