Goodbye life! Do not expect to have any sort of work life balance. In addition, the GM's are overworked and take it out on the AM's. Corporate talks a big game about caring about their employees but the truth is that company is a revolving door that could care less about retention. Regardless of multiple complaints to the District Manager, nothing was done about blatant mishandling of business...but can you blame the GMs? They're all underpaid and undertrained and have to answer a billion emails a day all contradicting each other. Hitler's 3rd Reich was better organized.
