Pros

Salaries are competitive, the location is great, co-workers can be nice, snacks, garage.

Cons

The company has been in the market for a few years, has good funding, but has been unable to release one product so far. A lot of money is spent on cars, expensive trips and other luxuries. Making good use of the employees' time is of last priority. There is almost no management whatsoever. Most people even work on something else to kill time while they're physically "at work"! Work is done and redone just to show to potential investors, who keep coming with delusional megalomaniac dreams. The CEO is not respected in the company in general.

Pros

I'm truly at a loss for words. Some of the employees maintain sanity. That's cool of them.

Cons

-Management is backwards and upside-down. -The Company is practically stealing from investors with projects that never make it to fruition -The CEO cant stop his manic, ADHD, attitude from spreading the company even thinner -His Inner circle are a bunch of delusional patsies doing the bidding of an overlord with promise of fame and fortune. -After the amount of time this company has been in business they should really have Software that works. -The talent that does arrive is destroyed by mismanagement and never used to their potential. - That goes for the whole company. It isn't used to its potential because management cant stop from breaking copyright laws while toting a patent on its back.
