Pros

Solid idea if ever executed right.

Cons

The founders with the idea are long gone. Only the CEO is left and he is corrupt at best. Cinsay has a bizarre fear based culture and really is a huge facade. Please save yourselves and work anywhere else on Earth!

It could be a decent place to work once the company stabalizes and there some sort of structure is implemented.

Pros

The location was great if you like North Dallas and working off of the freeway. If you were lucky enough to have an office, the views were amazing.

Cons

Inconsistencies in the work place and no structure whatsoever. Things changed to rapidly. It seemed just when you figured out one process, then a new one was introduced.

Pros

Got the opportunity to learn about new technology. The company tried to promote a fun environment. If you knew how to play the politics game, you could probably do pretty well in this company.

Cons

Very unstable. Never knew if you'd have your job the next week. Updates to the technology never had a stable timeline.
