The time from onboarding to being able to contribute meaningful code is fantastic.

Cons

Pay is a little low on the scale, and it can be hard to find your footing early as it is all/mostly remote.

Chaotic and high churn. Lots of errors with pensions and salaries when on boarded and off boarded. High employee burnout rates. (Employees leave) Top layer of management rotations has been high churn thus generating lots of changes to strategic actions in short time.
