Pros

Diverse array of businesses keep the company stable.

Cons

Authoritarian management, ugly, outdated facilities, culture of forced extroversion. Despite their professed culture of Diversity and Inclusion, in my experience, if you don't fit a very specific mold, they will make your work life unpleasant.
