Pros

4 day work week. If you do your job correctly management gives you a lot of leeway. The shift goes by super quickly. Very good pay if you have a good route. Good benefits.

Cons

Like any other job you have to start at the bottom. Most likely you’ll receive a route that puts you 2+ hours away from home. Starting pay isn’t great. But you can move up if you’re patient.

Pros

Strong company culture. The company really does care about its employees, referred to as partners. For the most part, the company tries to do the right thing.

Cons

Strong company culture, you either fit in or you don’t. The company needs to do more recognition of its partners. We work hard but don’t get a lot of thank you’s or recognition events.

Had a Horrible Experience with Cintas Recruiter

Pros

Andy Noto, one of Cintas's outside recruiters, contacted me about a great Management Trainee opportunity before it was even posted online Said they were especially interested in Veterans and those just finishing college which described me to a T

Cons

After attending a meet and greet with the Cintas staff I didn't hear back for about a month until Andy hit me up asking what happened. When I told him that I'd submitted my application and thank you notes but still hadn't heard back, he said he'd call the hiring manager and get back to me, never heard back. About a week after that, I shot Andy a text asking if all candidates should expect to left in the dark like this. In the following conversations, he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me this was my own fault. He made fun of me for having been let go from a position before. He pointed out that not hearing back is as just as good being told we're not interested, thankfully most companies in my experience don't operate that way. After mentioning that I'd be leaving this review, the insults started flying in faster, he left me no less than a dozen text messages and called me from 2 different numbers trying to reach me personally. I have to admit that I've never been treated so poorly by somebody that was doing their job, I'd hate to think that other Veteran candidates are going through this same experience.
