      The Ssrs work extremely hard to make the company look good. It's a tough tough job.

      Cons

      If you think Don Draper is cool. Work here. They exploit hard working admin staff (women & minorities), sit around and let egos explode, take advantage of everyone under them and screw over clients. Horrible compensation. Micro management to the max Toxic environment Hide behind cult like culture book No holiday time Republicans come to Canada. (Complete disregard for Canadian culture and values)

      Pros

      Cintas allows you the opportunity to advance within the company. Their compensation package is fairly good especially if you're seeking employment right out of college.

      Cons

      Like many other large corporations, Cintas is strictly about money and nothing else. I was highly successful within the organization but my career was derailed because of one very poor manager (who was promptly transferred within weeks after my exile). They often promote their "conservative" values and often push their employees to believe in their political causes and stress how important it is to vote accordingly.
