      Great Learning Experience

      Pros

      You get a lot of front line experience and can definitely relate to your employees, because you've literally walked a mile in their shoes. If you are a favorite of upper management, you will go far, as they tend to promote their proteges. As long as you are willing to work tireless hours, for zero thanks, it's a great company to work for. They are definitely an equal opportunity employer. Unless you are white, and then they'll have to hire a minority to make their quota, even if you were the best candidate.

      Cons

      You will never see your family. If you are a male in management, you better make sure your spouse wants to stay home and take care of everything around the house, because you won't be there to do it. And if you're a female, don't even bother getting married or having kids. You won't see them. You can expect early mornings and late evenings and Saturdays. If you aren't part of the "chosen" you won't get promoted, even if you work your tail off. Also "thank you" is not a word in their vocabulary. Expect to give it your all and only get a "what are you going to do next." It's mental and emotional abuse at it's finest. Like a bad boyfriend that you keep going back to.

      Pros

      Half decent pay, training ok, other employees are good guys

      Cons

      Will have broken back at age 50, they tell you to get job done in a day but it's an unrealistic amount of work. They act like they own you. Typical American greed company, owner probably wants to buy a 10th house!
