Great company to start your career but limited opportunity for advancement
Pros
Stable company with strong culture, above average benefits and good compensation plan. Company offers great initial training programs and encourages professionalism and high ethics. Good company with a strong foundation and values at a corporate level but sometimes gets lost at the local level.
Cons
Company sells itself on diversity and internal growth throughout the hiring process. Both are superficial promises. Limited opportunity for advancement. Most leadership positions are held by white males. Upper management makes false promises and lacks follow through. Follow through creates distrust and disengaged employees. Employee morale is low and most are just going through the motions. Upper management does not appreciate the value diverse employees have to offer. Most promotions are given to 'yes men" without initiative or proactive problem solving skills.
