Pros
-Most of the people (managers, co-workers, etc.) are great people. -Decent work-life balance.
Cons
-Expected to perform duties at a high rate of efficiency and excellence with little support and poor equipment. -Training is very abbreviated in many or even non-existent, which can make job duties hard to perform. -Trucks, equipment, etc. is very old or doesn't work. -High turn-over within company so very little consistency day-to-day (which leads to little vision for the future).
