THE COMPANY HAS VERY LITTLE MORALS THE CUSTOMER IS JUST A MONEY TREE, SERVICE IS NO LONGER IMPORTANT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN SQUEEZE OUT THE CLIENT IS JOB 1. I worked for Cintas for over 7 years as a SSR and had a different manager every year,and only 2 very small raises since my start of employment with them . The company's products do not match the cost of them but the company consistently make the SSR raise the cost on a monthly basis to the client which puts a lot of stress on doing the job. The job changed from getting paid on a 90% service and 10% sales ratio to 95% sales and 5% service, to earn more money you must Increase your route volume an/or sales this was mandatory. overall in my entire working career this was the worst place i ever worked it started out good but over the years changes made cause the job to be 100%different form when I started,one example:starting salary was $50000.00 yr now its 30-40000.00 a year, as cost of living increase your income decrease, you get paid a small base and 3% commission on your route volume.IF YOU WANT TO BE APPRECIATED AND COMPENSATED FOR YOUR HARD WORK THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO WORK.
