You are supposed to eat, sleep and breathe Cintas. They micro manage to death, to the point of reporting every hour how many phonecalls you made, and you have to log everything in the system so they can scrutinize what you are doing every second of every day. I see them eventually going to GPS tracking devices, honestly- they are thinking about laptops for each sales person (i'm sure they would track you)

Good Territories are the ones with leads ( Downtown for FS, SE Quadrant for Uniforms). Every other territory has a new rep turnover every 6-9 months. Preference is given to “Management Trainees” FIRST, and “Bros” that knew sales manager outside of the company SECOND. Company doesn’t support you at all. After your 12 weeks of training, you will never receive extra training or management support again. They expect most people will leave after 6 months and just want to use you to prospect for the MT or Bros to get the leads you created after you quit. If you ask management for help or assistance it will be seen as weakness and they will write you up or fire you. You are expected to pay 25% income tax on all the gas you use for work. Cintas is only company in industry who requires this. If you don’t start as a Management Trainee, you WILL NEVER EVER be promoted. You’ll be in this same sales role until you quit and passed over for every opportunity. You will be competing against 2 other reps in your territory for the same business. (FS, FAS & Uniform). Creates terrible culture where you lie, cheat and steal to ensure you don’t help anyone else but yourself.
