Recruiter that reached out to me for the job was very nice and friendly. If your in Ontario chances are they are going to start you out with 27 an hour and commission after a year if you get your own route maybe 65k highest 70k on a really really really good route ( still a con because technically it’s deserved because of the unpaid overtime work you do throughout the year ) Because no one ever stays and your left doing their work

Definition of I hate my life job life lol, everyone that works there is faker then my last years Christmas tree, route sales representatives are the foundation to your whole operation but you make them work 10-14 hour days backbreaking work especially in the winters, and give them only 2 weeks of vacation for the first 5 years and then 4 weeks after 15 years of service, the only people this company manages to keep long term i are hardworking people to afraid to believe in themselves to seek better opportunities, and the saddest thing is your tenure service reps are some of the best employees in that whole organization, but you overlook them for promotions because they dident go to college, it’s ironic because the old general managers only graduated high-school themselves, you target a demographic of college kids for management positions that don’t know the first thing about “hard work”. The company is cult like, you will start hating your self more and more everytime you see these faces at work because of all of the fake yes man stuff will make you fake too. If you like talking about sports and being able to call your self SUPERVISOR route sales representative after 7 years of no work life balance then this is for you, and that’s it…. If you don’t have a degree there is no room to grow. And just research your self about how many cintas customer dread ever signing up with them, deceptively getting people to sign 5 year long contracts. People work at cintas for their family’s and they need food on a table, but if your on the lower tier of this company production or sales it’s disheartening, god forbid you get sick or near extra time off, cause anything good you ever did no longer exists.
