      Pros

      Pay package is generous, the work is fairly easy, benefits on first day, continuing education. Overall it is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      The job is physically challenging, especially in the winter. You work alone, 4 - 10 hour days plus one 2 hour day.

      Decent benefits. Colleagues are great.

      Cons

      As a service sales rep, you are over worked and not paid over time. Many reps work more than the max 44 hour workweek and are not paid OT. Management is poor. They also treat you poorly if you get hurt on the job. They want you back asap because they don't have the resources to cover your route if you're off work for any period of time. I can go on ...but the 20 word minimum in this comment section won't suffice.

      Poor training - Outsiders not welcome

      Good benefits, clean environment, the seasoned employees are very friendly

      Cons

      Current supervisors/managers do not take well to outsiders (new supv/mgrs) coming onto their turf. Training consisted of a day or so in each area but it was up to you to find the right person to actually show you the ropes. After that you are all on your own. Learn quick if you are new. They want someone to come into the company, learn the business, and fix the mess they have created over the last 20+ years, very quickly. Many of the fellow supervisors look down their nose at you because you invaded their area. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
