Pros
Sales training program is elite. I still use principals taught at Cintas in my current role. The car package and gas card is nice. I worked with some really nice people.
Cons
Extreme micro management. You must constantly stay in front of your number week in and week out to the point that if you have one down week, your entire work ethic is questioned (regardless on where you are in your quarterly or yearly number). Prices are extremely high compared to competitors. Management expects everyone to drink the Kool Aid to no end. Have you ever seen a couple that you know is going through problems try to be over the top on social media about how much they love each other? That’s how Cintas feels. Everyone is forced to fake enthusiasm to the point where it is annoying. Just follow a few employees on LinkedIn and you will understand.
