Pros
-They hire great front-line partners, management trainees, and Mid-level managers that were a pleasure to work with -Great medical benefits, especially for those who have families. -Overall, Cintas has a great Management Trainee program that has produced many great managers that were a pleasure to work for. -It's a good opportunity to work at Cintas for people who may not have many opportunities or much experience, great resume builder. -They obtain most of the market share in their industry, so its a very secure and stable company to work for.
Cons
-Absolutely no work/life back whatsoever. -Constantly understaffed with no urgency from management to fix their staffing issues. -Supervisors and in some cases MTs have to cover open routes 3-5 days a week on top off having their own work to do, resulting in a minimum 12 hour workday. - Front-line plant partners and Service Sales Reps (SSRs) do not get paid nearly enough for all they are asked to do on a daily basis. -Routes generally in my experience, were always overloaded with too many customer stops which would negatively affect how SSRs were paid due to commission structure of their "pay plan." -Overall, due to the lack of financial compensation for the front-line partners and the workload they're given on a weekly basis, the "Corporate Culture" that Cintas' claims it has is disingenuous.
