I worked in IT and the so called " leadership" of the department was a complete joke. The entire "leadership" rank is beyond 100% incompetent & consistently threw their people under the bus to save face with the executives. The IT department is nothing more than a group of order takers. Essentially a bunch of over educated & over paid waiters wasting everything away. You will not be challenged at Cintas and you will not be able to make a difference or change anything. New ideas are laughed at and you are put down for mentioning them. For the most part, the people in IT are great to work with, but they're all burnt out & just riding it out. It's so depressing seeing so much wasted potential, but, for whatever reason, people don't leave. The pay is terrible for what you have to put up with and the benefits are nothing to write home about and essentially the bare minimum. Cintas will not invest in you and you will not be able to advance your career there. I'd avoid this place like the plague. However, if you enjoy wearing a shirt & tie to work, being belittled by "leadership" & business contacts, & only being required to warm a seat from 8-5 then this is the place for you. This was nothing more than a 4 year waste of my career.

Dress code and grooming policies are stuck in the past. Formal business attire required and white or blue dress shirts strongly preferred. Beards are not allowed, only mustaches and goatees. The latter being a newer policy change. You must shave daily. Very conservative, Republican company. Executives are a major donor to the Republican party. Vacation policy is not competitive. Two weeks of annual vacation time until five years. Three weeks of vacation until 15 years. Maxes out at four weeks of vacation after year 15.
