      Pros

      Good training, stable company, great co workers. You can make real business decisions and make immediate impact. A lot of lateral and vertical movement possible.

      Cons

      Poor treatment of employees. Most management is poorly chosen, and inexperienced. Turnover is extremely high in all mid to upper management levels. To be successful you have to either know the right people, or decline promotions and fly under radar.

      I really can't think of any.

      I can only speak for Cintas/Cleanway in Riverhead- the Customer Service Department. This location has SERIOUS problems. I am just one of several people hired hourly recently that did not last beyond a few weeks. The "Account Mgrs" who are supposed to train you are nasty, condescending and so worried about their jobs that they purposely make you feel like you do not belong there. They are a bunch of unprofessional kids who inappropriately do nothing but talk about how drunk they were over the weekend. They are supposed to be "Corporate" but yet they walk around in flip-flops and barefoot in the office. Not-to-mention the disgusting perverted conversations they would have and the cursing you have to listen to daily. If Corporate actually heard any of this most of the department would be fired.

      Pros

      Customers are great and appreciate the service and products. There's a lot of freedom as long as you're seeing all your customers and hitting your numbers. The pay is decent for the work and the skills needed.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is non-existent. You're expected to "work as long as you need to get your work done." You are reliant on the warehouse and office staff, and in my case, both are ineffective at their jobs. Also, upper management doesn't realize that what may be an effective policy in Ohio may not work in other places (i.e., not every company wants tablets).
