Pros

- You can make great money in commissions and bonuses if you work hard and have a good territory. - My sales manager is a great leader and very supporitve. - Upper management shows a lot of appreciation for reps and do not shy away from shouting out when you're doing a good job.

Cons

- They are heavy on numbers and hitting your quota but it is a sales position at the end of the day. - Operations and the office side of things is very disorganized and has high turnover. Their job is very stressful and they don't get paid great. - Cold calling and prospecting is 75% of this job so if you don't have the grit to do it then its not the job for you. - 2 days in office cold calling and other days out in the field. It's not terrible but it can be hard to get used to if you aren't used to cold calling in front of all your co workers

Cons

Pay isn't very strong with current market value. The company seems like they don't want to compensate people for the amount on their route. The more you put on your route the less you make from it. This causes no insensitive to grow your route. This company is VERY reactive and not proactive. They will only change or fix something if a customer complained not their own employees. Outdated systems are rendering plants productivity. Because of none advancement within the company you will eventually burned out because they will not promote. Management and HR are not on your side if you speak up. When HR doesn't proactively support employees it creates hostile work environment.

Pros

The co-workers are very supportive and always willing to help. Excellent Management Training Program. Best avenue to advance your career if grey out of school. Medical benefits are very good.

Cons

Major decrease in commissions. Claimed we would make the same or more. Completely false. Cannot hit growth numbers due to price increases co considerably higher than inflation rate. Customers are seeing this. Routes are being combined, making a much longer workday at much lower pay. Morale is not where it used to be. Too many sales reps so smaller piece of our for each.My rating for compensation is based on the medical benefits.
