This company was extremely old school and traditional. I got called out for not wearing long socks (even though no outside customer would see you. Ever…). There were so many little background things that made it difficult to actually focus on your daily tasks and training. It was constant interruptions from higher up. The job could be done 100% remotely but only 1 day a week was allowed to be remote and it couldn’t be Monday and Friday. Additionally, the workplace became very toxic and you would hear people talking about other people behind their backs on a daily basis. I was a victim to this and thankfully made friends with enough people for it to get back to me which was ultimately my reason for quitting.
