You can learn a lot, everyday. There are very good and very intelligent people working there, always willing to help and to do a good job. Managers will praise when needed and make the employee feel appreciated. You can always give your opinion and make the difference in a project.
Cons
Management needs to trust more on its employees, focus its goals and provide better equipments to work. Almost everything that happens will depend on the opinion of the CEO, which will limit sometimes the team members, the project, etc.
